Fenix Real Estate Advisors is a new real estate group in Kansas City with a focus towards houses and property above $250,000. They are passionate about the brand being community centered and purposeful about giving back. The logo and identity system needed to be different from competition in the market. The goal for the design was to stand out from the rest with bold colors, a unique logo mark and contemporary aesthetic.
